His skills are focused on typically artisan works, methodologies acquired over many years of work with the most prestigious Italian Real Estate Business realities. Since the establishment of the
company SAOS has acquired the important profile of reliable representative of a large number of companies and General Projects in order to provide specialist foundations. It has been possible thanks to the willingness to face difficult challenges and technological innovation.

Through the management of Mr Franco Giovanni, Benito’s son, it has been possible to set up SAOS srl. Due to extensive experience within the field, a long lasting and constant planification, technical and professional skills, constant development, enhancement of human resources, and constant research and development of
working methodologies, SAOS srl can be considered as a concrete and solid company, able to deliver national and international strategic goals.
